People who think in models
You write papers as a way of thinking. You move fast from question to answer. You already notice things about weather, energy or markets that other people miss — and you can prove it on data.
Who doesn't
Not a fit if…
You need a manager, an HR department, or a job ladder to do your best work. We're small and stay that way; the trade-off is total ownership and very little structure.
